Pork Tenderloin

Convenience. Ease. Tasty. These are all words that come to mind when I think about my slow cooker. I love my CrockPot®! Seriously! If I weren’t already married…Ha!

Well anyway. So today I’m sporting some supremely easy directions to make a tender and juicy pork tenderloin. It’s so easy I won’t even call it a recipe. It’s 5 things. Place 5 things in the crock, set and eat when you get home from work. Done.

Crockpot Liner

Crockpot Liner

  • 1 2lb pork tenderloin, you can use 2 if needed
  • 1 packet of onion soup mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup or red wine or beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 slow cooker liner!

Ok, first things first. Who hates scrubbing little blackened, hard as granite, bits out of their crock?  Yeah, me too! So get yourself some slow cooker liners. I don’t cook without them. They are available in your local mega mart on the plastic wrap and aluminum foil isle.

Now, place your tenderloin(s) in the crock. Pour on soup mix. Pour in liquids. Spread garlic on the top of the tenderloins. Done!

Now set for 4-6 hours on low.

Notice how the garlic stayed on top? You get some in every bite. This has a wonderful flavor and is very juicy. Let this cook while you’re away and come home to a fabulous meal. Enjoy!
