Melty Spinach Artichoke Dip

November 8, 2012

Ready for a super easy party take along?  The holidays are coming up and no doubt you’ll be asked to bring a dish or two this season. Try this outrageously good and super easy spin dip on for size. Soon you’ll get requests for it, lucky for you it only has few cheap ingredients and is very easy to make.

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach –squeeze out the liquid
  • 1 cup canned/jarred artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup full fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan (canister kind)
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 oz Provolone cheese, chopped fine (slices are fine)
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Mix all the ingredients except the mozzarella together in an oven safe dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and back for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Like I said, easy! Serve with sea salt or garlic pita chips… mmmmmmm. You won’t have leftovers of this one! Bonus: It’s low carb and gluten free depending on what you dip!
